The International Organization of Panelized Home builders is a group of manufacturers and craftsman that utilize all types of prefabricated home construction to ensure the highest quality, energy efficient homes available.  including but not limited to panelized wood and steel, modular, timber frame, log, insulated concrete forms (ICF), structural insulated panels (sips), composite - structural insulated panels (c-sips), geodesic domes, post & beam.   The International Organization of Panelized Home Builders, (IOP)  Was created by The BIOS Organization to promote the benefits of panelized construction for the economy and the environment, and further the educational opportunities for consumers and the industry.
